George K. Ennis II, JD, CPA, is an enthusiastic and active listening attorney who is dedicated to providing the best service to the clients of Chambers, Ennis & Blumhardt. George focuses his attention on providing knowledgeable, insightful, and comprehensive advice to the firm’s clients in a way they can clearly understand.


Estate planning requires detailed attention, educating clients of their options, and an understanding of each client's unique goals. George sincerely enjoys meeting with families and creating an estate planning experience in which they obtain comfort, trust, and a high degree of satisfaction.


George is a member of North Carolina State Bar Association, Estate Planning and Probate Law Sections, North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountants, and North Carolina Association of CPAs.


George and his wife, Cristina, enjoy spending time on weekends with their daughters, Elin and Emie, and their goldendoodle, Maisel. They also like to attend and watch N.C. State Wolfpack, Georgia Bulldogs, and Carolina Hurricanes games.  George is happiest when watching his girls play soccer for NCFC, spending family weekends at Lake Gaston, working outdoors, or spending time at the golf course.

George completed his undergraduate (2000) and graduate studies (2001) at North Carolina State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting. Prior to returning to law school, George worked with the accounting firm Ernst & Young, LLP as a Certified Public Accountant.


George, a former law clerk of the firm, joined Chambers, Ennis & Blumhardt full-time in 2007 after receiving his law degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. George became a partner of the firm in April, 2014.
